Duties & Responsibilities :

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide guidance and direction to the Production Personnels.
- Provides coaching and mentoring for the production team.
- Develop and maintain training programs in conjunction with the training coordinator to ensure that all personnel have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and productively.
- Monitor and enforce the rules on work schedule, breaks and stop times of the production personnel.
- Monitor and enforce cell phone prohibition of the production floor personnel.
- Ensures that the production staff will maintain the tidiness of the workstations and machines as well as
the shipping and receiving yard. - Attend and participate in regular meetings with other managers or department heads and supervisors.
- Address inter-staff conflict and provide solutions.
- Maintains the overall cleanliness of work environment.
- Attends to personnel’s questions regarding salaries, job expectations, and production operations-related inquiries.
- Ensure that production operations are within the budget allotted for it.
- Ensure that production is done in a timely manner.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- 2 ‐ 3 years of experiences in handling machinery and supervising workers.
- Able to work according to the scheduled shift.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- To report to Production Manager and be responsible for the Production functions including Planning, Mixing and Reclaimed function
- To coordinate, monitor and to provide support to ensure the production schedules planned for all the production activities in the factory are executed effectively and optimizing the use of resources available
- To monitor the efficiency and smooth run of production programme planned and take immediate action to address any issue arises to curb machine downtime and production wastage
- Coordinate and communicating with other department personnel for support needed to ensure all production programme planned can be executed in targeted time and efficiently
- To review and verify the physical daily production output reported are correct in quantity and quality before handing over to Warehouse team
- To review and study the production records and production processes for areas of improvement on the product quality, machine output, production wastage and production costs.
- To work with Maintenance team to trouble shoot machine breakdown promptly and planning for preventive maintenance with the objective to reduce machine breakdown and downtime
- To monitor, keep track and put in request timely for all materials needed for production runs
- To work with Quality Department to address product non-conformance and customer complaint
- To provide coaching and training for subordinates to improve productivity and compliance to product specifications and company’s internal QC plan and ISO9001 QMS for Production Department
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Others), Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field. Prior experience in manufacturing/production operations will be given priority
- Knowledge of MS ISO9001 is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of AX Dynamics, SAP System is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills and proactive engagement with other departments to ensure effectiveness of work.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform month end closing via preparation of close package including journal entries, inventory movements adjustments, labour and overhead costs calculations on timely basis.
- Analysis of production costs including working with operations in preparing commentary notes explaining highlights and concerns together with presentation of those findings to senior management.
- Gather and compile production data for plant manager in a timely manner and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Always ensure costs are control within agreed budget and compliances of cost allocation to financial standard.
- Ensure accuracy and timely respond to cost enquiry.
- Involvement of inventory count activities at different site of the company and be responsible and ensure accuracy of the company quarterly and annual inventory count exercise.
- Prepare monthly cost variances report and carry out the details analysis when necessary to respective department for improvement.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the management as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Strong MS Office skills especially MS Excel.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in accounting and finance operations including AR/AP and prepare periodic debtors and creditors’ aging report.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers and perform intercompany reconciliation.
- Ensure follow-up on customers collection and SOA are updated on regular basic.
- Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly verified, approved and effect payment within the agreed credit term.
- Responsible for maintaining current and fixed assets module in Microsoft AX Dynamics ERP system.
- Ensure fixed assets register are up-to-date and monthly depreciation are performed correctly as per company fixed asset's policy.
- Responsible for monthly SST submission before the deadline.
- Responsible for treasury management including banking facilities and preparing daily cash flow report to ensure smooth business operation.
- Perform any others ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support functions for the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network including the management of hubs, switches, routers, firewalls, and servers’ operation
- Installing and configuring various hardware (PC/Laptop/Server), software, systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX & etc), operating systems (Microsoft Windows 10), networks (VPN/LAN/WAN), printers and scanners
- Monitoring, maintaining and remote support on operating systems and networks, including the addition of new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges.
- To support existing IT infrastructure including server administration, network operations and configuration, backup/recovery, system access security, hardware/software configuration problems and database administration
- To perform routine backups and archival of files stored on the network to assist with disaster recovery

Job Responsibilities:
- Heading Procurement Department in all procurement activities, operation & policy making.
- Ensuring all purchase request (PR) & purchase order (PO) processes for all types of domestic & international purchases are in accordance to company & Group policy.
- Strategize sourcing activity through seeking company information, pre-evaluation & negotiation to seek competitive cost for new products.
- Monitor supplier performance through periodic evaluations, site visit & audit.
- Monitor tender process & establish strategic plan for tender negotiation to seek cost savings (tangible, intangible & value add). Prepare tender evaluation report (technical & commercial) & make recommendation for management approval.
- Involve in contract/LOA preparation for new project award. Liaise with end user & legal team during the draft & discussion process. Communicate with the supplier during the final negotiation stage.
- Managing all shipping activities in meeting the production needs. Liaise with Custom department & forwarding agent on any import & export clearance issues, including CIDB approvals, Certificate of Origin issuance, etc.
- Manage warehouse operation, employing JIT approach in stock ordering & ensure inventories are properly recorded & managed.
- Establish department annual KPI, focus on improving internal process, compliances & cost savings.
- Strategize cost saving activity for company (cost avoidance, roll over, value added savings) to support company's KPI through spend analysis for all kind of purchase categories.
- Update departmental reports for management monthly/ yearly review (OMM & Finance).
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
